Even the largest companies need to cut costs. “Amazon is closing down two cashier-less Go stores in New York City, two in Seattle, and four in San Francisco on April 1st, according to GeekWire.” They still have over twenty Go stores throughout the country, though.

cityblock health:

This company, which raised $600M in 2021, provides healthcare services to Medicaid and dually-eligible Medicare beneficiaries. “Cityblock has a reputation for keeping patients out of expensive emergency rooms and saving insurers money.” It’s nice to see a company looking to give lower-income Americans better healthcare.

TARGET:

Just when we thought curbside pickup couldn’t get any better… “Target is taking the opportunity to offer more services through its Drive Up curbside option, with this week’s announcement that it plans to allows it’s customers to return, new unopened items from the convenience of their car.” I guess the returns are just as important as the purchases.

TWITTER:

The company has its eyes on cannabis. “Twitter updated its advertising rules to allow cannabis companies - including those selling products containing THC and CBD - to advertise on the platform under a strict set of guidelines in states where those products are legal.” 😱
