Founder’s Story

My name is Dan Healy, I’m 30 years old, and for the last 8 years, I’ve worked a demanding 9-5 corporate gig at one of the largest insurance companies in the world.

As I looked back over the course of my career, I realized that, despite my success, I could’ve used some help. We come out of college and are thrown right into the fire, and we’re expected to learn on the fly.

There’s nothing wrong with that, but I thought to myself, “There’s got to be a better way.”

I spent the better part of a day scouring the internet for a resource that aims to help professionals with things they didn’t learn in college: how to build wealth, how to successfully communicate around the office or at networking events, how to stay informed despite the lack of free time, how to achieve proper work-life balance, how to work with AI…the list goes on and on.

Predictably, I could not find a resource that offered all these things for free.

So what did I do? I decided to build it myself.

Fast forward to today, I am proud to say, this is now read by thousands of people and we have plans to get this to more and more people every week.

On The Fly is the resource I wish I always had, and I am so excited to share it with you.
